What should I budget for separately?
Round-trip flights, travel insurance if needed, passport and visa costs, personal medical needs, souvenirs, independent meals and snacks on exploration days, and extra individual spa treatments. Some excursions, including trips requiring additional train travel, flights or safari arrangements, may cost extra; these will be mentioned during booking.
When should I plan to arrive?
Please consider a flight that lands before 1:00 pm so you can enjoy the first day at the villa. Confirm your arrival arrangements and transfer details during booking.

Standard rates are US$3,900 for single occupancy and US$2,900 for double occupancy. The Peru couples’ retreat is US$7,000 per couple. Early-bird rates and specific deadlines are listed on each destination page.

Our foundation: what we believe
Jesus Christ is Lord. We believe lasting freedom is found in Him, through daily intimacy with Jesus and communion with the Holy Spirit. Our teaching is biblical, with space for prayer, healing, honest reflection and spiritual growth.
Is this space for you?
You do not need a flawless track record or perfect church background. This is for you if you long for intimacy with the Holy Spirit, want to address patterns of shame or emotional numbing, and are willing to take intentional time for growth. This is an intimate retreat with active participation, rather than a large anonymous seminar or party-centred holiday.
A note to seekers and questioners
You are welcome to bring honest questions. Mélaine spent years asking difficult questions before becoming born-again. You do not have to pretend to believe; bring an open heart, a willingness to listen and a desire for truth. The retreat’s foundation, prayer and teaching are centred on Jesus Christ.

A few things you may be wondering.
What is the mission of the retreat?
That Christ be glorified and His will be done in the lives of those who join. Our goal is to realign our lives with God’s will through rest, renewal of the mind and time in His presence. This is a Bible-believing retreat; teachings may encourage and challenge you.
What is the vision?
To encounter Christ, our rest and peace. Sound biblical teaching, personal time with the Lord and meaningful relationships create space to grow in our understanding of Him and form connections that continue after the retreat.
Who are the retreats for?
People seeking rest in Jesus, truth, spiritual growth and freedom from patterns of hurt and shame. Each destination has a specific audience: women, single women, couples, or men and women. Please check the country page.
How does registration work?
Pay a US$500 deposit, which is held for three days. During this time, we’ll have a 30-minute conversation to understand your hopes and expectations. If there is a mutual fit, you’ll receive a registration form and the remaining payment link. If the retreat is not a fit, your deposit will be released back to you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Full payment and biweekly payment plans are available. The specific plan, early-bird price and final payment deadline are shown on each country page.
What if I’m nervous about travelling alone?
It is normal to feel nervous about international travel. Return airport transfers are arranged, and the retreat brings you into a small group where you can build friendships. Your arrival and pickup details will be coordinated before the trip.
What if I feel too broken or ashamed to attend?
You do not need to have everything together. These retreats make room for honest reflection, grace and support. Whether you are navigating shame, difficult habits, a challenging season or questions about faith, you are invited to come as you are.
Will there be speaking in tongues?
We believe in speaking in tongues according to Scripture. Tongues spoken in a group setting will be followed by interpretation for the edification of the group.
How personal will the questions be?
Questions invite deep self-reflection and may feel challenging. They will come from a place of love and a desire to support freedom and growth, rather than condemnation. Come with an open heart and a willingness to reflect.
What are the house guidelines?
Come with an attitude of grace, love and respect. Avoid gossip. If hurt or offence arises, reflect on your own heart, speak directly to the person involved and invite the host into the conversation if needed. Our guiding principle is to love one another (Romans 13:8).
